How I work

Ship first, polish after.

A thing that runs today beats a perfect plan next month. I get a real version working early, then make it better while people actually use it.

No “not my layer”.

Most problems live between the boxes — the switch blames the server, the server blames the app. I take the whole path, end to end, until it works.

Write it down or it didn’t happen.

Every setup leaves with notes a stranger could follow at 3am. Future me is usually that stranger.
